To make sure you can still access the support you need, Bupa has made some changes to the way our members can access and claim on some services. Take a look at a view of our initiatives below.
 
Bullet 1 Telehealth
If you have Extras cover, you can get selected treatments like Physiotherapy, Counselling and Dietetics over the phone or video conferencing with telehealth consultations. We'll pay benefits^ towards selected treatments from Bupa recognised providers, so you can look after your health.

Bullet 1 Premium Increase Delay
We’ve delayed the premium increases due to take effect on 1 April by six months, for every Bupa member.
 
Bullet 1 Am I covered for COVID-19?
Private patients admitted for Lung and Chest conditions, including COVID-19 related treatment, are covered on our hospital policies during this time. This includes the addition of Lung and Chest cover to our Basic and Basic Plus policies from 26 March 2020.
